Welcome to Maid RX. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.maidrxs.com or using Maid RX services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Maid RX provides one-time and subscription-based cleaning services for residential, commercial, and short-term rental (STR) properties. All services are scheduled online and subject to availability.

3. Subscription Terms

• Subscription plans renew automatically each month.
• Subscriptions include discounted rates, priority scheduling, and exclusive add-ons.
• To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your billing date.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the billing date will apply to the following cycle.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
• You may cancel or manage your subscription via your online account or by emailing support.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• One-time cleans must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Subscription bookings follow the 7-day cancellation notice policy above.
• No refunds are issued for missed appointments or mid-cycle subscription cancellations.

5. Short-Term Rental Clients

STR clients must provide accurate access instructions (entry codes, location of keys, etc.). Maid RX is not responsible for failed cleanings due to incorrect access details, guest interference, or third-party property conditions.

6. Service Limitations

We do not offer:

• Pest control
• Mold remediation
• Post-construction cleanup
• Hazardous or biohazard waste removal
  Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. User Conduct

By using Maid RX, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Misuse our scheduling, payment, or communication tools
• Rebrand or resell our services without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All text, branding, service names, systems, and content on www.maidrxs.com are the exclusive property of Maid RX and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Maid RX is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from service issues, delays, or third-party interactions. Our liability is limited to the value of the most recent service provided.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The latest version will always be posted on www.maidrxs.com. Continued use of our site or services implies agreement with the current version.

12. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Maid RX does not store full credit card details. By booking, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and authorize recurring billing if using a subscription plan.
